Do You Also Experience Feedburner Problems These Days?

Since 2 days I am having some issues with my Feedburner reports, my RSS stats tell me that I’ve lost almost half of my RSS subscriberes from one day to the next one, from 283 to 147 and honestly I don’t think this is the case.

Feedburner reported some false stats somewhere in the past too, but never more than one day, I think. Today is the second day with this kind of stats. I don’t freak out yet, I think everything will work out fine, they will fix the problem, but still, I have a bad feeling when I look at my stats.

Anybody else having the same problems or is just me?

I’ve had a bunch of feed problems that went on for about three months. I switched servers and haven’t had a problem since.

btw, Ovidiu I subscribe to your feed and that’s where I saw the post so, it’s working now.

Well, Jack, seems that half of my subscribers are gone, and I really don’t think this is the real problem. I just think it is an error with feed count, because a few days ago it reported 0(zero) and the next day 238. I have never had a variation of more than 10 subscribers. I guess you are in those 147 that remained

Who knows, I hope tomorrow the feed count will be back to normal. Thanks for letting me know.

But in the end they all came back, right? I hope it will be OK in the end. Actually I am pretty sure of it, but I am not a patient guy, you know…

I experienced a drop out for one day a while back which basically said I had no subscribers then the next day it was up to 400 or something!? weird but I wouldn’t worry I’m sure it will sort itself out

Actually looking back over my all time stats in feedburner it has happened 3 times

Yep, it happened to me also a while back, but never for 2 days in a row. I will just wait and see…

I’m someone that is no longer getting email from a blog I subscribed to. Subscribed on several emails - nothing. If I try to re-subscribe it says ‘you’re already a subscriber’. It’s been 2 months now and I have no way to fix it. There’s no contact at feedburner. So, you may have actually lost your subscribers in reality, not just on paper.

Well, it fixed for me, after the first 2 days, now it’s ok. Try to also subscribe in a RSS reader, not only by email, maybe it will work for you
