I was reading some blogs today and I just realized that out of those few blogs about guitars that I read everyday, 3 speak about pedals: GuitarToyBox, IGBlog and PickStroke. Or they just read each other too and they’ve got inspired by one’s post?
My Opinion: We all tend to follow each others’ blogs and become inspired by them…
I, for one, follow both your blog and IG Blog (among others). Plus, I publish my own blog (which is How I originally found your blog): http://www.UnderstandingGuitar.org
And indeed, sometimes my content is in part derived from content I see elsewhere.
Some times reading other blogs helps when writers’ block strikes and other times it results in my analyzing the topic which results in a blog post.
And now, I’m going to have to go and check out those other blogs. Thanks!
Of course, I also do it, it is part of being a blogger. I didn’t intend to sound bad, just that I have found info about pedals on 3 blogs and it somehow made me think of this “pedal day” thing.
Reading other similar blogs is a must cause it helps you stay in touch with information.
I know, Frank, don’t worry, I didn’t take it this way
I am glad you comment on my blog and I invite you to share your opinion whenever you feel like saying something, good or bad! You will come to know me better and you will see I am a very communicative person Or at least I like to believe so…;-)
That is absolutely the best way to get inspired to write. My blog, http://www.GearPipe.com is a little different, since I’m searching out deals on instruments and gear.
I found Guitar Flame by participating in Entrecard, which is also a good way to find other blogs. Also, as a shameless plug, I’ve recently set up a Squiddo lens about guitar blogs, so if you’re blogging and want to see what everyone else is writing about, this is a great place to check: http://www.squidoo.com/guitarblogs
Learn and Master Guitar - Learn-and-Master-Guitar.Com is a non-biased review site. It takes a look at some of the web's more popular "learn to play guitar" programs.
Tix2Event has concert tickets to all major live music events worldwide.

I didn’t mean what I wrote to infer your post had a negative slant… I was just sharing my opinion on the topic.
