He will be missed. DEO is one of my all time favorite bands.

I had the pleasure of seeing him live many times back in the 70s and 80s. He will surely be missed. He was not only a great musician but also a great person. Always very friendly and open to his fans. Whether with Rainbow, his own band DIO or with Black Sabbath, he was always great.
